Hi, I have a few years experience working in daycare centres and doing after school nannying. I have a passion for working with children and just finished a degree in education and psychology.…

I believe I would make a good au pair as I have had plenty of experience working with children, ensuring the best outcomes for children is important to me and I believe I can do that through making connections with your children and providing the best possible care for them.

Meeghan has bonded with our little one immediately. She is very dedicated and lovely to have around. It’s nice to feel very comfortable leaving our little one in Meeghan’s very capable hands knowing that he is with a friendly and loving person who has his best interests at heart.

Hey kids and parents! My name is Annelie and I'm from Germany. I recently moved to the beautiful New Zealand and would love to continue working as a nanny here. In the last 4 years I have regularly taken…

In total I have 4 years of work experience but having grown up with a brother who is 10 years younger than me, I’ve been a babysitter for much longer. For 2 years I looked after a boy, who was 9 years old when I started. Three times per week, I picked him up from school, helped with homework, took him to after school activities and prepared dinner. My 2 other years of experience were with a much younger boy. He was only 6 months, when I started babysitting him. I would pick him up from daycare, go to playgrounds, go for bus rides (which he requested as soon as he started speaking) or spent time at home crafting, drawing or playing with Lego.

Part of the reason I love children so much is their views of the world. Their complex nativity and their starkness is something I find so compelling and love connecting with. It’s a beautiful way to gain a truely different perspective.

Hi everyone! I grew up in England until I was 9 years old, then making the move to Christchurch with my mum, dad and older brother! I moved to Wellington 3 years ago to study Architecture and have now…

I haven’t had experience as an au pair but have done lots of babysitting, working on school camps with younger kids over night and looking after family friends children overnight/during the day. I think I’d enjoy being an au pair and be good at it due to my friendliness, easy-going attitude and ability to understand/connect with children. I think it’s great for us all to target our inner child sometimes, and acting not only as a carer/big sister but also as a friend.

I also am currently living with my Mother and Aunt while inbetween flats, and in exchange I am looking after my Aunts two children ages 5 and 6, and my twin brothers ages 9 months.
