Hi there, I am a mother of two age 14 & 8. I was a fully registered Montessori Preschool teacher but have left teaching for a while. I experienced homeschooling as I homeschooled my son child for a year to prep him for the Cambridge curriculum. I am currently working with my husband at our Automotive Repair workshop in the office doing admin and a little bit of accounting for three days a week. I do have a couple of weekdays free to work with children. I have worked with many preschoolers (centre base) as well as with a few 4 1/2 year olds on a one to one basis preparing them for primary school and taught in a fun and interactive way as well as using my Montessori teaching experience as a tool to help my students. If you need some help with your child, I maybe available on some weekdays from 9.30 to 2.00pm. I am happy to work with preschoolers and primary school kids from year 1 to 3 with reading, writing and maths. I am also happy to work with special needs children though I only had some experience with children with Autism during my teaching years. I have a full driver's license and a first aid certificate. Do enquire if you need my help, and if it suits both of us, I am more than happy to work. However, I would need good amount of time of notice so that I can make arrangements with my other commitments. Looking forward to meeting you and your family.
