I am a university student completing my Master’s Degree in Psychology this year. I have worked full-time as a Teacher aide with children in new entrants, year 1, 3 and 8 at a private school, particularly with children with intellectual disabilities. This year I am a part-time tutor for a year 9 student. I have also been a nanny for two children aged 10 and 13 where I did school pick ups, tutoring, cooking and cleaning, etc, and had another nannying job with 6-month old twins. Beyond this, I have had many casual babysitting roles. I am a fun, empathetic, clean, reliable and responsible young adult and absolutely love hanging out with children. I have a full drivers licence, am fully vaccinated, and am experienced to take great care of your children and household. I look forward to hearing from you!

Special Needs Experience
Alongside my Psychology degree (Master’s), I have been a teacher aide at the Riding for the Disabled and full-time with a child with ASD & ADHD. I have also worked with children with speech impairments and volunteered for an adult with Down’s Syndrome. I have completed a course for behavioural management for children and adolescents with ASD.
Childcare Experience

I was a nanny in 2022 for two children aged 11 & 13 doing after school pick ups, cooking, cleaning and tutoring. I have also had many casual babysitting jobs and worked as a nanny a few years ago with 6-month old twins.
Tutoring Experience
I completed NCEA at school and have gone on to gain my Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours in Psychology and am currently completing my Master’s thesis. I am skilled in English based subjects and have tutored primary school maths, English, social studies and science. I am a tutor for a year 9 student with Autism and help him with his homework.
