Kia ora! My name is Te Ohorere. I am an Actor and a Singer raised here in Auckland. My whānau is from the whole of the east coast of the North Island and come from a very large extended family. I have a Masters degree in Classical Singing through The University of Auckland, currently studying an acting degree at The Actors’ Program, and have completed three years of a Bachelor of Laws degree. Currently, I am a teacher at the Auckland Art Gallery and have been a teacher and tutor since 2016 in various capacities. Singing teaching in high schools, swim teaching for babies and Surf Life Saving learning facilitator. Having an opportunity to show, teach, and share new knowledge to our next generation is one of the most rewarding and gracious moments in my world. Looking forward to meeting you and your whānau soon! Ngā mihi
Hi! I’ve been a babysitter, nanny, and tutor, for over eleven years. Through family and friends, I have taken care of many babies and children from newborn to teenagers and have loved all the moments to see them grow and learn. I am confident with all age groups. Happy to tutor at most levels too.
I have been a tutor since high school from 2014 onwards tutoring junior students. I have been a teacher and professional educator since 2015 in multiple different facets. Surf Life Saving Senior Educator, Swimming Teacher, High School Itinerant Music Teacher over three Auckland schools, and now a Learning Facilitator at the Auckland Art Gallery teaching Early Childhood to Tertiary. I have a Bachelors and Masters qualifications in Music. I am passionate about all subjects and specialise in general education, Music, and Drama.
