I have been working in a Montessori preschool for nearly four years with children aged 2-6, and have (limited) experience with infants from 10 months+. I believe in a child-centered approach that encourages curiosity, creativity, and independence, fostering an environment where children feel safe, valued, and supported in their development. I thrive in roles where I can provide warmth, guidance, and structure, helping little ones grow into confident learners.
