Tiffany - 22yrs

Hello wonderful families 😊 I’m Tiffany, a 22 year old female with a deep passion for teaching and caring for children. I have been working for 3 years in an Early Childcare centre as an unregistered teacher and have absolutely lived it. However, I am now seeking to explore a different area of caregiving where I can work more 1:1 with children and follow my natural nurturing and caring instincts to make a lasting positive impact. I also have two younger sisters whom I had a hand in raising, and family is a top priority for me ❤️ 👩‍🏫 I have three years of professional ECE teaching experience. 📚I have my level 5 Diploma in ECE and have also completed my second year (level 6) of a three-year degree (Bachelor of Teaching). 🚗 I have a full drivers licence, spotless driving record, and my own car. ✅ I have a clean police vet. ⛑️ I have a Comprehensive Child First Aid certificate through MediTrain. 🇿🇦🇳🇿 I’m bilingual (fluent in Afrikaans and English). I am very much a nature/outdoors oriented person, and enjoy spending my free time gardening, baking/cooking, keeping fit through gymming or the outdoors, doing DIY or creative projects, and expressing myself through songwriting, singing, and playing/learing new musical instruments. I am looking for a full time role (or 30 hours), preferably during school hours, working with children between 1 and 3. I am drawn to the RIE/Pikler curriculum approach for 2’s and under, and resonate the most with the Reggio Emilia approach for over 2’s.
