Hello Parents! I’m an international student currently pursuing a Master of Law at Waikato University, Hamilton Campus, and I wanted to introduce myself as someone who genuinely loves spending time with children. Being a "kid person" comes naturally to me—there’s something incredibly fulfilling about connecting with kids, bringing out my inner child, and making them feel comfortable and happy. I have a great deal of experience with children, especially from caring for my little cousin over the past three years. Since my aunt’s teaching job kept her busy, I took on the role of a nanny, helping with everything from infancy through toddlerhood. It was a rewarding experience, and it gave me a deep appreciation for the joy and satisfaction that comes from looking after kids. I hope that my enthusiasm and experience resonate with you, and that you’ll feel as confident in me as my aunt did when she trusted me with her son. I’m excited about the possibility of getting to know your kids and creating a positive, fun environment for them. Thank you 😊 🌸
I’ve been fortunate to spend over three years looking after my first cousin. I am comfortable with all ages, from newborns to those in middle childhood. What I love most about childcare is the deep sense of satisfaction it brings me. Children have a magical way of rejuvenating my inner child, which acts as a wonderful stress buster for me. From my experience, I’ve learned so much from children. They remind me of the pure and innocent joy that life has to offer, and I see each child as a unique individual with their own potential. Helping shape their development and supporting their growth feels like a meaningful contribution to their future. Building strong, supportive relationships with both the children and their families is incredibly rewarding. As someone who’s living away from her own family is hard and spending time with children is a special way for me to feel connected and fulfilled.
