Hello Mums and Dads! I am a highly motivated, hardworking and caring student who adores working with kids. I have had lots of past experience babysitting kids from most ages. I am also a sailing coach for children on and off the water and have worked with helping disabled at home. These roles have been extremely fulfilling and I have learnt to multitask, improve my time management skills and communication. I’m looking forward to meeting you!

Childcare Experience
Working in childcare is extremely fulfilling for me as it’s so rewarding seeing them learn and grow. In my previous 3 years of experience, I have babysat kids from ages 4-13 working in a home environment. This includes task like cleaning, meal preparation and entertaining. I have also tutored younger friends in most subjects and am able to tutor kids, or give them a hand with homework! I have been a sailing coach for three years coaching ages 6-15, this includes preparation/delivery of drills, feedback, teaching all skills to help them improve and safety on and off the water. These past experiences have all taught me the best way to manage and communicate with kids while having fun. I am happy to care for ages 3 and above.
Tutoring Experience
Tutoring and passing down my knowledge to improve kids academics or sport is an important part of my life. It is extremely rewarding to see them learn in a safe environment where they are excited to improve. I have had experience tutoring my younger cousins in intermediate and up to year 12 in high school. I have coached kids in sports from 5 years and above and feel my strengths are finding a way to communicate with the individual and make it easy for them to learn in a fun/rewarding environment. I am working towards NCEA level 3 where I am aiming for excellence endorsed and plan to do a business degree with psychology, or Law next year at university. I am most passionate about all sciences, business and maths. Although, I enjoy social study subjects and English and am happy to tutor for all subjects!
