Hi, my name is Hailey Lee, and I’m excited about the opportunity to work in child care in New Zealand. I have six years of experience as a kindergarten teacher in South Korea, where I had the joy of working with children from one to five years old. People often say I have a very warm and positive impression, and I believe this comes from my strong patience and my genuine love for children. I have the physical energy to keep up with active kids and a strong sense of responsibility. Childcare Experience
I've been working professionally with children for six years as a kindergarten teacher in South Korea. I have professional experience with children from ages one to five. I am comfortable with this entire age range, and I particularly enjoy helping them build foundational skills and grow emotionally. For me, the most rewarding part is seeing children's growth and development. It's truly fulfilling to watch a child gain confidence, learn a new skill, or make a new friend. I also value building a trusting relationship with both the child and their family.
