What happens if my helper cancels on me?

If the helper cancels the job via SMS and not officially via Juggle Street, the parent should tell the helper to officially cancel the job (this means they will get a cancellations mark on their profile).  If the helper does not do this, please contact our customer service [email protected], so that we can sort this out for you.

Cancellations do not happen often, but when they do it's extremely frustrating.  Luckily Juggle Street allows you to repost jobs, so you can hopefully find a replacement quickly.
